HCA Florida Blake Hospital – Fellows will be exposed to a broad spectrum of acute, chronic, cancer-related, and perioperative pain conditions, with opportunities to develop advanced diagnostic skills, and participate in multidisciplinary care alongside surgery, trauma, oncology, and rehabilitation teams. Given HCA Florida Blake Hospital’s role as a Level II Trauma Center and Burn Center, fellows will gain valuable experience managing complex pain cases in both inpatient and procedural environments.

Florida Spine & Pain Specialists – Serves the Tampa Bay region with comprehensive interventional spine and pain care focused on cutting-edge, patient-centered solutions that restore function and improve quality of life, by treating the root cause of pain for patients with acute and chronic pain. The practice treats a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, radiculopathy, arthritis, headaches, neuropathy, sports injuries, auto-accident injuries, work-related injuries, and much more. The practice utilizes advanced, minimally invasive treatments such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, joint injections, minimally invasive spine decompression, minimally invasive discectomy, spinal cord stimulation, dorsal root ganglion stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, and regenerative therapies. The practice is actively engaged in research studies to continue to enhance the field and optimize patient outcomes.

Hawthorne Oncology Pain Experts (HOPE) – Specialized pain management practice dedicated to providing advanced, compassionate care for patients with cancer-related pain, complex chronic pain, and spasticity. Serving the greaterTampa Bay community, the practice focuses on evidence-based, patient-centered care delivered through a multidisciplinary approach. Services include- comprehensive cancer pain management, interventional pain procedures, neuromodulation, intrathecal drug delivery systems, and multimodaltherapies designed to reduce suffering, improve function, and enhance quality of life for patients across the cancer and chronic pain continuum.

Rehabilitation & Electrodiagnostics – Cortez – Diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeletal and pain-related conditions that impact function and quality of life. The practice provides comprehensive PM&R evaluations with an emphasis on accurate diagnosis through electrodiagnostic testing, including EMG and nerve conduction studies, to guide targeted treatment planning.

Palma Sola Neurology Associates – Private outpatient neurology practice located in Bradenton, Florida, serving patients throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties with comprehensive, patient-centered neurologic care. The practice provides evaluation and management for a wide range of neurologic conditions, including headaches, neuropathy, movement disorders, seizure disorders, brain injury, and other central and peripheral nervous system conditions.

St. Joseph’s Hospital – A tertiary care, not-for-profit academic medical center serving the diverse urban and suburban populations of Tampa Bay and the surrounding West Central Florida region. In addition to their Cancer Institute, Heart Institute, and Stroke and Neuroscience Program, the hospital provides comprehensive inpatient services relevant to pain medicine, including medical and surgical oncology, inpatient palliative care, and consultative pain management for patients with acute, cancer-related, and complex chronic pain conditions.
