Jade Funck, DO, Core Faculty

Medical School: Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, Harrogate, TN

Residency: Adena Health System, Chillicothe, OH

Bio: Dr. Funck is an osteopathic family medicine physician passionate about longitudinal patient care, education, and quality improvement. She practices comprehensive family medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and behavioral health. Residents will spend extensive time with her in the continuity clinic. She enjoys family-time, traveling, hiking, and great food.


Shail Patel, MD, Core Faculty

Bio: Dr. Patel is passionate about inpatient medicine, especially the diverse pathophysiology, care of acutely ill patients, and making meaningful impact through collaborative, evidence-based care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys family time, reading crime fiction, playing tennis and golf, and is an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves.


Daryl Wiley, MD, Core Faculty

Bio: Dr. Wiley is an experienced Family Medicine provider serving the Thomson, GA community. He is dedicated to caring for the rural population and offers a wide range of primary care services, including various outpatient procedures. Dr. Wiley continuously seeks to enhance his medical practice and contribute positively to his community.
