Nicholas D'Angelo, MD

Program Director

After completing his residency training at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Dr. D'Angelo helped pioneer the opening of a clinical network called CliniSanitas before joining GME at Orange Park Hospital in 2017. He cherishes the opportunity to work with residents and focuses on evidence-based medicine, quality improvement, and research. He is passionate about preventive medicine, health disparities and the outpatient clinical setting.

Tiffany Hill, MD

Associate Program Director

Residency: Penn State Hershey Medical Center

Dr. Hill is passionate about working with the underserved population, community outreach and global health. While working in the urgent care setting post-residency, she saw the need for quality primary care and, as a teacher, she is able to assist in the development of future physicians as they evolve to confident providers.

Patricia Gilford, MD

Residency: Morehouse School of Medicine Family Medicine Program

Dr. Patricia Gilford is an American Academy of Family Physician Board Certified Physician with more than 20 years of experience in the field of medicine. She has held several leadership positions at OPMC where she currently works as a hospitalist and part of the core faculty of the Family Medicine Residency Program Inpatient Teaching Service. She is also the recipient of several awards including the OPMC Family Medicine Program Lifetime Achievement Award for her excellence in academics and continued dedication and commitment to teaching.

Chamonix Kinimaka, MD

Med School: Temple University School of Medicine

Residency: HCA Florida-Orange Park Hospital Family Medicine Program

As a graduate of the OPMC Family Medicine Residency Program, Dr. Kinimaka feels well prepared to care for and educate their community's diverse patient population. Her appreciation for the program and its people is why she chose to stay as faculty after graduation. For new residents, she hopes to foster the respectful learning environment that she experienced, pay forward the education she received as a resident and further education through global missions.

Anjan Parghi, MD

Core Faculty - Outpatient

Med School: St. George’s University School of Medicine

Residency: Wheeling Hospital Family Practice Program

Dr. Parghi is a proud Orange Park native and he always hoped to return home to practice medicine. Since joining Family Practice in 1999, he has worked in the community for 20 years and was excited to move into academics and resident education. He is passionate about working as part of the faculty in the Family Medicine department and working with the residents. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, photography, watching football and spending time with his wife and daughter, both of whom are also graduates of the OPMC Family Medicine Resident Program.

Marilian Canals Rivera MD
