Application Requirements include:
- Transcripts
- COMLEX and/or USMLE Scores (Step I)
- HCA requires passing Step 1 on the first attempt
- CV or resume
- Immunization records
- Precheck Background check
- Precheck Drug Screen
- Implementation Letter (provided by school)
