Notes

Vacation: Residents will have 4 weeks of vacation each training year. They will also be eligible for 6 weeks of paid medical, parental, or caregiver leave(s). The program will provide the resident with accurate information regarding the impact of an extended leave of absence on the criteria for satisfactory completion of the program, and eligibility to participate in examinations by the ABFM or AOBFM. The resident's training period will be extended when necessary.

* Family Medicine Practice (FMP): At the start of their training, each resident will be assigned to either FMP 1 (Site 2) or FMP 2 (Site 3) where they will care for a panel of patient throughoutthe 36 month residency program.
