The Faculty Development Team (FDT) is committed to:
- Supporting professional development and career advancement of HCA Healthcare faculty members through their faculty life cycle;
- Enhancing faculty effectiveness as educators, clinicians, administrators, and leaders;
- Creating a collegial, inclusive, intellectually exciting, and supportive environment to learn and work;
- Partnering with Division and Program leaders for effective programming.
- The FDT oversees administrative matters related to professional development, training, recognition, and programming.
- The group is committed to fostering an environment in which faculty members can develop, thrive, and realize their professional potential.
