This interactive hybrid program, incorporating in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning, encourages participants to engage in discussions, real-world scenarios, and interactive teaching modalities. It aims to enhance their ability to apply a practical and strategic approach to managing, directing, and leading their education offices and staff.
