The New Program Director (PD) Onboarding Program, a comprehensive resource for newly hired PDs and APDs at HCA Healthcare Graduate Medical Education (GME), offers critical information and support for their career growth. This interactive hybrid program, incorporating in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning, encourages participants to engage in discussions, real-world scenarios, and interactive teaching modalities. It aims to enhance their ability to apply a practical and strategic approach to managing, directing, and leading their education offices and staff. These webinar sessions will occur on the fourth Thursday of the month at 3 pm. CST.
