Welcome to HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospitals Endocrinology Fellowship Program. Our program is affiliated with the University of South Florida (USF) Morsani College of Medicine GME Programs Sponsoring Institution.
Our fellowship offers a rewarding, educational environment where fellows receive individualized learning opportunities to maximize their full potential as clinicians, educators and healthcare leaders in the field of endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism.
Our faculty is committed to ensuring that fellows fulfill their educational goals while recognizing that each individual fellow has a somewhat different background, need and career objectives. Whether in the hospital or outpatient centers, our purpose is to prepare graduates for the challenges of endocrine and diabetes management in today's environment.
We provide a rigorous academic foundation combined with patient diversity, exposure to varied endocrine problems and pathology, hands-on experience in thyroid ultrasounds and ultrasound-guided thyroid biopsies, research opportunities and complete ancillary support.
Our program is focused on fellows becoming well-rounded endocrinologists, mastering quality and efficient patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient environment. We consider ourselves a family, supporting and sustaining one another, to maintain and advance a solid educational system.
