The intent is to provide a comprehensive core curriculum to be used by program directors and residents in colorectal surgery for teaching and learning purposes. The organizational structure closely follows the outline of the ASCRS text.

Rotations are set up in three month intervals. Resident "A" will follow "Group 1" Attendings. Resident "B" will follow "Group 2" Attendings. At the end of three months residents will switch Attending groups.
