The CCC actively monitors, evaluates, and reports on program residents as they advance through the training program and provides constructive feedback based on this assessment system. The goal of the CCC is to ensure that residents progress at each training level to be prepared to practice core specialty and/or subspecialty professional activities without supervision upon successfully completing the program.
