New Program Leader Workshop

The New Program Leader Workshop provides newly hired PDs with critical information about HCA Healthcare Graduate Medical Education (GME) and its sources for new leaders to support their careers. The onboarding program intends to provide virtual programming where participants will engage in discussion, real-world scenarios, and other interactive teaching modalities to enhance their ability to apply a practical and strategic approach to managing, directing, and leading their education offices and staff.

The 2025 launch of the New Program Leader Workshop will occur on January 24, 2025, with a three-hour long virtual WebEx session focusing on new PDs. Additional webinars that address pertinent topics associated with ACGME leadership, program administration, and cross-organizational collaboration will be available on a monthly basis throughout 2025.
