Welcome to the Transitional Year Residency Program at Grand Strand Medical Center!
Thank you for your interest in our program. We are committed to providing residents with a strong foundation in medicine and clinical skills, preparing them for PGY-2 specialties such as Anesthesiology, Radiology, Dermatology, and PM&R. Supported by our Internal Medicine Residency program, we offer a comprehensive curriculum enriched with hands-on experience and cutting-edge simulation training. Our dedicated faculty and enthusiastic upper-level residents are passionate about teaching and supporting our transitional year trainees.
