Dr. Oliu earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed a neurology residency and an Epilepsy Fellowship at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Elza Vasconcellos, MD

Elza Vasconcellos, MD - Core Faculty - is the Founder and Director of WeMind Headache & Neurodevelopment Institute. Dr. Vasconcellos earned her medical degree from University of Brasilia (Brazil) followed by a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, a residency and fellowship in Child Neurology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and fellowship in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Brian Villafuerte Trisolini, MD - Core Faculty - is a Vascular Neurologist and Neurohospitalist at the Design Neuroscience Center and is the Site Director at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital. Dr. Villafuerte Trisolini has earned his medical degree from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (Lima). He completed a neurology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center followed with a Vascular Neurology Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
