The HCA Florida Kendall Hospital Transitional Year Residency program’s mission is to develop the next generation of physicians and physician leaders.

The Transitional Year Residency Program at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is an accredited and rigorous one-year program designed to train the next generation of physicians and physician leaders.
