Welcome to the University of Central Florida College of Medicine/HCA Healthcare GME Consortium Neurology Residency Program of Greater Orlando!

Our goal is to provide high-quality training for the next generation of compassionate and competent neurologists through education, clinical training, and research.

Our training program provides comprehensive neurological training at several clinical sites including HCA Healthcare's Osceola Hospital, the Orlando VA Healthcare System, Nemours Children's Hospital, and several satellite locations.

HCA Osceola Hospital is in Kissimmee, Florida, and is a large tertiary care hospital designated as a Comprehensive Stroke Center offering neurology residents the opportunity to care for patients with a wide spectrum of neurological diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Our residents also rotate at the Orlando VA hospital where they provide neurological care to veterans and at the Nemours Children's Hospital where they provide neurological care to pediatric patients. All residents also have their own longitudinal continuity clinic throughout the PGY2 through PGY4 years.

Our clinical rotation schedule allows several elective rotations to address individual goals and to prepare residents for entering clinical practice or a fellowship after graduation. Our program strives to offer you the appropriate combination of clinical and didactic education to allow you to succeed in your future as a neurologist.

We appreciate your interest in our program and we look forward to reviewing your application. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you need assistance in answering questions.

Sincerely,

Ankur Garg, MD

Program Director
