Welcome to the Southern Hills Hospital Neurology Residency Program.
Our program launched in July 2020, and we proudly graduated our inaugural class in June 2024. Since our inception, we have achieved full accreditation by the ACGME. Our four-year Neurology Residency Program emphasizes patient care, medical knowledge, systems-based practice, and practice-based learning and improvement, with a focus on entrusting residents with progressively increasing clinical responsibilities.
One of the key strengths of our program is the dedication and expertise of our faculty. We are fortunate to have several renowned faculty members from the Las Vegas community who are deeply committed to education. Our residents benefit from a wide range of clinical experiences, including rotations with faculty from the Cleveland Clinic, Southern Nevada VA Hospital, Sunrise Health Children's Hospital and Mountain View Hospital.
Having lived and practiced in Las Vegas for many years, I can confidently say it is a wonderful place to live, learn, and grow professionally. Throughout my career, I observed a significant need for neurologists in this community. This realization inspired me to establish the Neurology Residency Program at Valley Hospital, followed by the development of the program at Southern Hills Hospital
