Bio: Dr. Abell earned her Doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Brooke Army Medical Center. After her military service, she completed a fellowship in EMS at the Medical College of Georgia and is now the Program Director for the Emergency Medicine residency at Doctors Hospital.
