Thank you for your interest in our Addiction Medicine Fellowship.
The goal of the Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program will be to educate fellows to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to the population in the communities we serve. This program will provide you with a combination of clinical, educational and real-world patient experiences to ensure that you are prepared for autonomous and team-oriented patient care.
The Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program will prepare fellows to become independent practitioners in every aspect of patient care and following graduation from the program. Moreover, the program will ensure that it fosters an academic environment that promotes excellence in clinical care, research and lifelong learning.
