Program Curriculum
The curriculum is based on the six core competencies of ACGME (patient care, medical knowledge, professionalism, systems-based practice, interpersonal and communication skills and practice-based learning and improvement).
A specific curriculum has been developed for each of the following rotations:
- Medicine Inpatient
- Neurology
- Family Medicine
- Intensive Care Unit/Emergency Department
- Neurology Consultations
- Sub Specialty Clinic EEG
- Neuro-pathology
- Neuro–critical care
- Sub-Specialty Clinic– EMG
- Endocrinology
In addition to the above required rotations the following are the available elective rotations:
- Neuroimaging
- Neuromuscular Disease
- Neuro-Oncology
- Cerebrovascular Disease
- Pain Management
- Epilepsy
- Clinical Neurophysiology
- Behavioral Neurology
