Research Medical Center is a 590-bed hospital and regional destination for specialized, complex health care including an emergency room and trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, cardiovascular center, neuroscience institute, kidney and pancreas transplant institute, women’s services including obstetrics and gynecology, and orthopedics — across four Kansas City locations. Our campuses include the main campus on Meyer Boulevard, the Research Medical Center Brookside Campus and Research Psychiatric Center. Established in 1905, Research College of Nursing is also affiliated with Research Medical Center which allows students to gain a unique pairing of educational excellence and strength of the region’s leading healthcare network.
