Nutan Winston, MBBS, MD

Dr. Nutan Winston completed her anesthesiology residency from Cornell and Cardiothoracic fellowship from Columbia University, NYC. Formerly, Chair of Anesthesiology at St. Francis Hospital/ Deborah Heart and Lung Institute/ Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital she is currently Chief of Anesthesiology at RCH. Her interests include Trans catheter Cardiovascular Procedures, TEE, team building, Animal Rescue/ Animal Rights.


Mahesh Desilva, MD

Mahesh Desilva is an ABA board certified Anesthesiologist who trained at Yale University School of Medicine. He is a staunch advocate of Anesthesiologists role as Perioperative Consultants and patient safety advocates. He is a general Anesthesiologist with a keen interest in regional anesthesia and a passion for teaching. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, following sports and helping the less fortunate.


Bruce Holmblad, MD

Board Certified, Former Major Air Force, with 33 years as general/cardiac Anesthesiologist with interest in Electrophysiology and Simulation.Currently President of Riverside County Medical Association and serves on Board of Trustees for Riverside Community Hospital.Wants graduating Residents to be safe, pass boards, and give back to the community.


Maninder Singh, MD

Dr. Singh completed his anesthesiology residency and cardio-thoracic fellowship from Columbia University in New York City. He began his employment at Riverside Community Hospital in 2014 and is involved in open heart surgeries and structural heart procedures. His interests include perioperative T.E.E. and T.T.E., mitral valve disease, and pulmonary hypertension.


Munish Loomba, MD

Dr. Munish Loomba is a fellowship trained board certified pain management physician and a board certified anesthesiologist who has been practicing pain management in the Inland Empire for the last 3 years. He completed his residency from Drexel University in Philadelphia and fellowship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.


Tom Yao, MD

Dr. Yao completed his training at The University of Texas Health Science Center and The University of Kansas Medical Center. Before becoming a doctor, he worked at NASA/Johnson Space Center as an electrical engineer. Anesthesiology is a unique specialty where state-of-art technology and scientific advancements are used during surgery.

Husam Alsamman, MD

Dr. Alsamman is board certified in Anesthesiology and in Critical Care Medicine. He graduated from Damascus University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology, as well as fellowships in Cardiac Anesthesia, Pain Management, and Critical Care Medicine with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Additionally, he completed his Cardiothoracic Anesthesia fellowship at UCLA Medical Center.


Marwa Sidani, MD

Dr. Marwa Sidani is an ABA board certified anesthesiologist. She completed her first anesthesiology residency at the American University of Beirut, and her second anesthesiology residency at SUNY Upstate New York. She received her followship training in OB and Pediatrics Anesthesia at Women and Children’s Hospital in Buffalo. She also completed a teaching diploma at the American University of Beirut. She was a member of the core OB Anesthesiology faculty at University of North Carolina at Chapelhill before joining Riverside Community Hospital and currently involved in teaching residents OB anesthesia.


Sid Singh, MD

Dr. Sid Singh completed his anesthesiology residency and cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship from SUNY--Buffalo. He teaches residents and medical students, with a special focus on building a culture of patient safety. Besides his work in the operating room, he is also involved in preoperative optimization of patients coming in for surgery. His academic interests include TEE, airway management and expanding the role of point-of-care ultrasound in the perioperative arena.
