Program Curriculum

Our residency curriculum is designed to provide broad, hands-on training across both anatomic and clinical pathology. Over four years, residents gain experience in a wide range of subspecialties through structured rotations and integrated learning opportunities.

Anatomic Pathology

  • Surgical pathology and cytopathology (including dedicated GYN cytology)
  • Dermatopathology
  • Pediatric pathology

Clinical Pathology

  • Hematology and coagulation
  • Hematopathology
  • Clinical chemistry and immunology
  • Blood banking (with rotations at a regional reference blood bank)
  • Microbiology
  • Molecular diagnostics and cytogenetics
  • Laboratory management

Autopsy Pathology

  • Includes forensic pathology rotations and pediatric autopsy integration
