    About The Medical Center of Aurora

    HCA HealthONE has ten ACGME accredited residencies and fellowships located at three main hospital campuses, all located in the greater Denver Metro area of beautiful Colorado.

    The Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA) is a local, community hospital providing world-class care in cardiovascular services, oncology, orthopedics and spine care, robotic surgery, bariatric surgery, labor and delivery, and more. The staff and providers are known for their team-based approach to comprehensive care. TMCA offers a wide range of treatment and care delivery options throughout its five campuses – Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital, Behavioral Health and Wellness Center, Centennial Hospital and Saddle Rock ER – across Aurora and Centennial. The main campus is a Level II Trauma Center with Primary Stroke Certification and Chest Pain Center Accreditation. TMCA is also home to pioneering medical programs such as the world-renowned Colorado Chiari Institute, treating individuals from around the world who have the debilitating Chiari I Malformation.
