Thank you for your interest in the Citrus Hospital Pulmonary Disease Fellowship Training Program. We are an ACGME accredited fellowship program located in Inverness, Florida. Our team is dedicated to delivering superior patient care and advancing medical knowledge.
We currently have over 55 resident physicians practicing in our programs. As a part of HCA Healthcare, we are driven by a single mission: Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life.
Our Graduate Medical Education programs includes Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease Fellowship, and Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship. We seek applicants that strive to be the best clinician they can be and are eager to enhance their clinical knowledge base with research in pulmonary medicine.
Our 2-year program is designed to provide a breadth and depth of clinical experience that fully prepares fellows for a career in pulmonary disease. We focus on the advancement of clinical skills, scientific knowledge, and ethical standards of fellows to prepare them for a career as a clinician, educator, or scientist. The core educational experience will be complemented with a clinical learning environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.
We accept three new fellows into our Pulmonary Disease fellowship each year.
