Anil Harrison, MD, Program Director
Dr. Anil Harrison is a board-certified Internist with experience in academia spanning a 30-year medical career with two years initially as lecturer in Internal Medicine, followed by being a mentor and delivering lectures to medical students, Internal and Family Medicine Residents, as well as PA-students while in private practice for over 20 years.
He practiced in Kentucky for over 20 years, serving urban, suburban, and rural communities as an Internist in ambulatory and hospital settings-including emergency rooms and ICUs.
Dr. Harrison has a passion for academia, to teach and learn Medicine and help better the future of physicians and academic medicine, which has resulted in learning innovative, interesting, and meaningful techniques in a physician's learning process. He is highly motivated and compassionate to helping all his patients.
