Education is built into every week of residency: Friday didactics, journal club, and M&M conference, alongside formal CREOG in-service exam preparation to track knowledge growth year over year.

Our simulation center offers high- and low-fidelity training for obstetric emergencies and procedural skills, and formal laparoscopic surgery training builds on the high volume of open, robotic, and vaginal surgery residents see in clinical rotations.

Research follows a stepwise curriculum, from project conception in intern year to a completed, publication-ready project by fourth year. Wellness is built into the curriculum, not treated as an afterthought.

As a new program, seasoned residents from established programs train on-site alongside our incoming interns. As our program grows, they'll serve as chief residents and mentors, giving new interns experienced support from day one.
