Schedule:

  • Our program uses an X+Y schedule. We follow a 4 plus 1 in that regards which allow the resident to spend a full week in the clinic every 5 weeks.
    • The clinic is a resident run clinic footstep from the main hospital. Were you will have the ability to follow your own panel of patients. We have teaching every morning in the clinic with either the Yale Module or a case presentation.

  • Adult Inpatient Service – 16 weeks
    • Cap 10 Patients
    • Teaching Rounds and Case Presentations
  • Cardiology- 4 weeks
  • Elective- 4 weeks
  • Geriatrics- 4 weeks
  • ICU- 8 weeks
  • Night Floats- 4 weeks
  • Research/ Scholarly Activity- 1 week

PGY2

    • Cap 20 Patients to supervise

  • Emergency Medicine - 4 weeks

    • Cap 20 Patients to supervise
    • Complete spectrum of adult patients
  • Cardiology- 4 weeks
  • Elective- 24 weeks

  • Night Floats- 0-4 weeks
  • Research/Scholarly Activity- 2 weeks
