Suzanne Quinn-Martinez, MD - Program Director

Dr. Martinez is a dual board certified Internal Medicine and Endocrinology physician. She serves as Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Outpatient Hospital Medicine service. She completed her medical education at University of Florida in Gainesville, FL and served as Program Director for the Endocrinology Fellowship at VA/UCF/HCA Orlando prior to joining our program in 2023. She has a true passion for teaching and has GME experience at multiple programs.

Jessica El-Bahri, DO - Associate Program Director

Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine

Dr. El-Bahri is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and serves as Associate Program Director for the Inpatient Hospital Medicine service. She completed her medical education at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL and trained at Largo Medical Center. Dr. El-Bahri serves as the Chair of Hospital Medicine and serves on the Medical Executive Committee.

Ismael Rodriguez, MD - Core Faculty

Dr. Rodriguez has been an active faculty member since the program’s inception in 2016. He serves as Medical Director for Hospital Medicine at Orange Park Medical Center. He completed his internal medicine training in 1998 in Emory in Atlanta, GA and has been practicing at OPMC for over 20 years. Internal Medicine Chair since 2019.

Robert Kulchinsky, MD - Core Faculty

Core Faculty, Albert Einstein College of Medicine

Dr. Kulchinsky Is board certified in internal medicine with focused practice in Hospital Medicine. He is the most experienced teaching hospitalist at OPMC. Dr. Kulchinsky completed internal medicine training in 1989 at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York.

Nikolaos Karamitsos, MD - Core Faculty

St George’s University School of Medicine

Dr. Karamitsos Is board certified in Internal Medicine with focused practice in Hospital Medicine. He graduated from St George’s University School of Medicine in 2008. Dr Karamitsos has been practicing for 12 year and has been teaching residents for the past four years.

Naja Naddaf, MD - Core Faculty

American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine

Dr. Naja Naddaf Is board certified in Internal Medicine with focused practice in Hospital Medicine. He also has PHD in Philosophy. He attended and graduated from medical school in 2000, having over 23 years of diverse experience, especially in Internal Medicine. Dr. Naddaf has been working with residents for the past five years.
